Ella Castanier Received a Penner Research Award

Ella Castanier (COL’24), History Major and Medical Humanities Minor, and one of our 2021-2022 Research Fellowships recipients, received a Penner Family Experiences Award, which provides undergraduate students experiential learning opportunities in various forms, such as specially designed learning opportunities structured through courses, fellowships, independent and mentored research, study abroad, laboratory research, field work, community-based programs, or internships. Through the Penner Family Experiences Fund, undergraduate students can apply to receive an award of up to $1,500 to alleviate some of the financial burden of participating in an experiential learning opportunity while enhancing their Georgetown experience.
