Maggie Little chaired the Ethics of Research During Pregnancy discussion, that was part of the PHEPREN and Global Forum on Bioethics in Research (GFBR) seminar, which took place on November 30, 2020. The discussion focused on the ethics of including pregnant women in medical research, particularly in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, as evidence suggests that pregnant women are at a higher risk of morbidity and mortality from COVID-19, compared with age-matched women who are not pregnant.
